The super deluxe body analyser scale has arrived at La Maison d'Silverdoll, it determines body weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass and body water percentage, more reason for me to get back on my strict daily routine which includes JOGGING every morning and evening and starting my day with apple, banana, carrots, water and rice milk and eventually she WILL become my very best friend, I know we have to get used to each other, because she hasn't been very kind to me since her arrival.
